Sweet sweet slice of Caribbean disco! Get out your dancing shoes and get ready to get down. Joanne Wilson's under the radar cosmic disco track "Got to Have You" is sure to turn the heat up. The Trinidad and Tobago based Wilson never really had a big hit but this one is sure to put her on the map. There seems to be a growing interest in Caribbean disco as of late and this is some of the best of it I've heard. I'm partial to the original and the instrumental version on the b-side, but the Whiskey Barons' rework spices things up for today's dancefloors. Another quality release from Cultures Of Soul Records. Limited to 500 copies.

Sweet sweet slice of Caribbean disco! Get out your dancing shoes and get ready to get down. Joanne Wilson's under the radar cosmic disco track "Got to Have You" is sure to turn the heat up. The Trinidad and Tobago based Wilson never really had a big hit but this one is sure to put her on the map. There seems to be a growing interest in Caribbean disco as of late and this is some of the best of it I've heard. I'm partial to the original and the instrumental version on the b-side, but the Whiskey Barons' rework spices things up for today's dancefloors. Another quality release from Cultures Of Soul Records.
