  • Debut album from Kate Bush reissued on colored vinyl! Originally released in 1978 when the English singer-songwriter was only 19, The Kick Inside would introduce the world to Ms. Bush's whimsical brand of pop music. With production handled by several prog-rock veterans (including members of Alan Parsons Project, as well as David Gilmour of Pink Floyd), Kate had the perfect backdrop for her literary-informed, theatrical style. Case in point with the breakout single "Wuthering Heights" (inspired by Emily Bronte's work) or the G. I. Gurdjieff-referencing "Them Heavy People." Other highlights include "Moving," "The Man With The Child In His Eyes," and "Strange Phenoma."

    • official reissue pressed from 2018 remaster
    • 180g 'mango chutney' colored vinyl
    • indie exclusive
    • includes obi strip w/ pressing date
    • limited edition
    • original release year: 1978
    • music label: Fish People 2023
