In Canada, the dollar bin is actually called the "Loonie Bin" due to the fact the Canadian one dollar coin, is commonly called the loonie (bearing images of a common loon, a famous bird in Canada). For the debut release on Loonie Bin records, the Canadian imprint has taken that chilled-out Vancouver house sound and ran with it all the way to the dollar bin. If you couldn't tell from the smoked out Loon on the label, these guys aren't taking themselves too seriously and deliver some seriously funky grooves for the freaks and dancers. Check "Dream Vision" that goes in with deep chords over tough jacking percussion, while "Dream Version" lets the boogie loose with a bass line reminiscent of Aly-Us. Stickered sleeve, don't expect these to stick around!
