Sophomore studio album from Montesano, Washington's Melvins. Ozma was originally recorded in 1989 and was the fist Melvins album to feature Shirley Temple's daughter, Lori Black, on bass. There's plenty of experimentation with a cover of KISS ("Love Thing") and random tempo changes here and there. It's a sludge metal showdown with mucky drenched riffs and punishing drums. Sixteen tracks in all. Released by Boner Records on black vinyl house in a gatefold sleeve with a printed insert.
