  • 6th studio album from Philly post-rockers! Pale Horses has been on the minds of the fans ever since it was announced back in March. After a long summer tour of road testing the tunes, we can now relive those moments of tear soaked performances at home. The 11 track album features their most comprehensive work to date with singer Aaron Weiss crafting very personal songwriting in his Michael Stipe meets the dude from Interpol delivery. Musically the album continues their brand of 90s inspired post rock that is more climactic than your average quite loud, quite loud formula. I hear Modest Mouse, Jesus Lizard, Fugazi, and Meat Puppets along with other modern bands like Sunny Day Real Estate and Radiohead throughout the album... which is quite the bad ass combination.
