Finally repressed! "Don't You Want My Love" was an obvious standout from Kenny Dixon Jr.'s 2000 full length Forevernevermore. It's tough to sit still to such an infectious and funky groove, especially with Norma Jean Bell laying down those extra soulful vocals over the top. The long mix (featured here) is exclusive to this 12" and is an extended floor filler that's sure to turn the dance floor out each and every time. Moodymann takes it deeper on the flip with the basement stomp of "Me And My Peoples Eyes" off 1998's Mahogany Brown LP. Recommended.
