For the 4th release in his Side Trakx series, Alex O. Smith lets us in on the less dancefloor focused output, and this volume in particular is a real treat. The title track "The Lost Albatross" is a smooth ride through the sounds of 80's drum machines and glossy synths that'll keep you gliding on the vibe. Worth it for this one alone, but you are also treated to the brilliant ambient soundscape of "XSE" and the bumping beats of "Tgiomde." Pressed up on teal colored vinyl, recommended.
