  • Deep, dark and dirty! Paranoid London (aka Quinn Whalley) teams up with Chicago House legend Paris Brightledge for a second 12" of gritty and soulful acid house. The formula may be simple but the execution is off the charts. Roland machines are pushed to their limits with a 707 and an 808 handling the drum duties and a simply programmed 303 taking on the bass. Whalley works the machines, subtly making changes as the track progresses to provide just the right balance of tension and release. Brightledge's vocals are the icing on the cake, adding a human touch to the machine music. Their first release together goes for loot despite being repressed and we anticipate this one doing the same. Recommended.
