There's no doubt that GSH had a huge impact on modern music, from hip hop and soul to pop and rock, and here Patchworks does an proper job honoring his memory with the deep and emotional "RIP with John Coltrane" and "Spirit Music." The tracks recalls GSH's mid-70's work with Brian Jackson with tender melodies and soaring flute work.
