Tobin Prinz and Suzi Horn appear to be on a mission to streamline their performances, no note or instrument is spared. Despite this effort towards precision and efficiency the duo have been able to add elements of human warmth to their music. Their music on Home Economics is less aggressive than previous releases, but there are more pop hooks to grab on to as you make your way through the album. It's elegant simplicity at its finest.
