Sam Records released a slew of boogie disco hits in the late 70s and early 80s. Run by Sam Weiss (and later his son Michael Weiss, who also headed the seminal 90s house label Nervous Records) the label released classics from Gary's Gang, K.I.D., and Leroy Burgess' Convertion amongst many others. With Sam Records Extended Play Harmless has paired this amazing back catalog with some of today's brightest producers and remixers in the new disco scene. This is the third and final volume in the series so you should already know the deal. Four disco boogie heaters from the likes of Convertion, Rhyze, K.I.D., and John Davis & Monster Orchestra as updated by Prince Language, Runaway, Walker & Royce, and Catz N Dogz. No brainer material for the disco crate! Recommended.
