NY's Golf Channel imprint hits its 50th release with the island disco grooves of Sheila Hylton, edited to perfection by local digger extraordinaire Robbie Busch (aka DJ McBoing Boing) and France's Waxist Selecta. Take a listen to "It's Gonna Take A Lot Of Dub" and witness McBoing Boing's mastery of the dub, fully extending the groove with plenty of lasers to go around. On the flip, Waxist digs up Sheila's version of the Surface classic and gives it a similar treatment with lots of love (and lots of dub!). So necessary, so recommended.
