DJ Sprinkles with another stunning remix. In an unexpected move, the prolific Terre Thaemlitz shines light on an beautiful ambient cut from English composer/producer/actor Simon Fisher Turner. The track "Shishapangma" is taken from Turner's soundtrack to the 1924 film The Epic Of Everest and quietly builds and pulsates with a sombre yet majestic mood over the course of 11 minutes. Sprinkles stays ever respectful to the original on his "Deeperama Mix," gently adding a 4/4 rhythm to create a deep vibe of epic proportions. Recommended.
