Kaya Kaya, an offshoot of XL Recordings, dropped a mysterious white label last spring (2011) with hand-stamps that read Stubborn Heart. Since then, this faceless duo (Luca Santucci & Ben Fitzgerald) has been garnering underground hype from Gilles Peterson to Benji B. "Need Someone" which appears on both the white label and here conjures memories of Jamie XX, early Hot Chip, and James Blake. We're also introduced to two entirely new tracks, both pretty huge in scope. Could be one of those things that blows up or nestles further into the underground.
