Moving magnet phono cartridge from Sumiko with an upgraded stylus and cantilever assembly allowing for more dynamic punch and improved frequency response during playback. This cart has a 5.0mV output and will be a nice upgrade to the usual stock cartridges that come with turntables. Part of Sumiko's Oyster series with identical housing and generator assembly to the Moonstone and Olympia, which means you can upgrade to a Moonstone or Olympia stylus without replacing the entire cartridge. Please note this is a listening cartridge and not recommended for scratching or back-cueing.
