Lab Overview

Title To Come. The Breeders sum up the lo-fi vibe of their 3rd album with the short hand name Title TK. Originally released in 2002, Title TK came nine years after their previous effort, Last Splash. That's almost a decade wait for Breeders fans, and needless to say, this one was eagerly anticipated. Rather than try and live up to the hyped up anticipation, the band delivers a straight forward sound that stays stripped-down and gritty. This deliberate stylistic choice from producer Steve Albini is a perfect match for Kim Deal's already quirky and off-center delivery, with a quality that sounds as if you are in the garage as the band is playing. Includes the single "Son Of Three," as well as "Off You," "Huffer," and more. Official 2018 reissue from 4AD.
