The Chicago-based label (run by Jerome Derradji of Stilove4music fame) is hooking up all the funk fiends in a major way with legit represses of Lee Moore’s meanest boogie funk productions. Here we have Moore recording under the First Family alias for a pair of slick boogie jams that'll have you moving in your seat. Check the funky bass slaps and subtle vocoder action on "First Family" then groove on down to the sexy sound of "Slow Motion." Originally released in 1982 on the scarce Memphis-based Score imprint and reissued for the first time ever. Get down on it!
