  • The Killers' third full length album. Originally released in 2008, Day & Age found the Las Vegas band at their most playful (at least according to frontman Brandon Flowers). The Killers began writing songs for Day & Age while on tour for their previous effort Sam's Town, ultimately spawning several hits including the lead single "Human," "Spaceman," "The World We Live In," and "A Dustland Fairytale." From Flowers, "It's obviously a little more on the pop end of things; it's not quite as masculine as Sam's Town, but I like it. "Spaceman" is such a playful tune, it makes my body do things I've never done before. "Human" is one of our best recordings so far. I don't think we've made our best album yet, and that makes me happy, to know it's still out there." Comes complete with foldout poster featuring portraits of the band members by Paul Normansell.

    • 180 gram vinyl pressing
    • foldout poster
    • printed insert
    • music label: Island 2017
