Sixth studio album from New Hope, Pennsylvania's Gene and Dean Ween. The Mollusk was originally recorded between 1995 and 1996 and was the band's follow up to 1994's Chocolate and Cheese. It's a concept album that incorporates elements of psychedelic and progressive rock. Includes the songs: "Mutilated Lips," "Cold Blows the Wind," and "Ocean Man." Fourteen tracks in all. Released by Plain Recordings on 180 gram vinyl.
