Early 80's funk from Wild Sugar, now on 45! Even if you have never heard of Wild Sugar, chances are you've heard the intro to "Bring It Here." Most people will immediately recognize the drums and skronking horns as the backbone to the Beastie Boys' classic "Brass Monkey," but few know about the original sample source. Here it is in its original form from the female soul trio who give you a good dose of that funky stuff. Also includes the extra sassy "Messin' Around" on the flip. Recommended.
