With the well received Supreme Blue Dream of 2015 under its belt, the bilingual indie band once again delivers a colorful, lulling body of work, which consists of songs informed by shoegaze, ambient, dream pop, and '90s indie rock outfits. Topics ranging from relationships, Samira's pet to sadness are addressed creatively and honestly: "as an artist, it's extremely important for me to be connected with my inner child and to maintain a beginner's mind when writing songs." Consequently, there is a strong sense of connection between the material and Winter, which is the thread that holds the 10-tracker together.
