Wolf Parade made 3 albums that helped define the 2000s indie rock sound, but in 2010, the Montreal band announced that it would go on indefinite hiatus. 7 years later, the pack is back with a roaring new album, Cry Cry Cry, and it's all about the "soaring choruses, rousing anthems, sprawling guitars and chaotic keys." Spanning from glam, prog, and synth-rock, the group makes a loud return with the 11-tracker, and while old fans will certainly find renewed respect for the group, the confident, determined sound from Spencer Krug, Dan Boeckner, & rest of the gang will attract plenty of new ones. Check out: "You're Dreaming," "Valley Boy," "You're Dreaming," and "Lazarus Online."
