Yeah, yeah we know, but Tom Caruana pulls this off pretty damn well. Originally released as a download back in 2010, Enter the Magical Mystery Chambers nearly slipped under our radar. The UK based producer takes Wu acappellas from various posse cuts and solo projects and throws them over beats made from Beatles samples, Beatles covers samples and a bunch of other stuff that somehow relates to the Beatles in one way or another. In fact Caruana spells it all out for you on the track listing on the back cover. For the most part he pulls it all off pretty much from go. You can take or leave the intros and interludes, but the time spent gathering the source material seems to have been worth the effort. The beats stay pretty true to RZA style production while chopping the samples, which serves the raps well. Enter the Magical Mystery Chambers is probably not on the road to reach Grey Album status, but Tom Caruana does us all a service and breaths new life into the Wu-Tang Clan's back catalog.
