Whereas the first two Melvins albums (Gluey Porch Treatments, Ozma) were about shorter, brutally textured metal-punk dirges, the 1991 LP, the third studio effort from the band, features longer songs and more precise production. Easily one of the most beloved works from the influential three-piece group, check out "Anaconda," "It's Shoved," and "Ligature."
